Saturday or The day in which I saved my head....

Ok only PART of my head. And not bald.  My hubby Doug has been begging me to shave my hair for years and I always say no, mostly to thwart him but also because I was scared that I wasn't badass enough to pull it off.  Well I did it--or I should say my amazing stylist who I will miss so much Jennifer did it.  I've been going to Jennifer for like 9 years, and she is always willing to go with my whims of 'lets grow it,' 'lets cut it all off,' 'I dont care, just do something awesome.' For reals, she has a waiting list like a month long, but if you want an amazing stylist in Atlanta GO TO HER.  Anyhoo, we shaved off one side and dyed it a lighter pink and now I have bad ass hair I have to live up to. EEK!

Packing. Yea I haven't really started/done any of that. Doug packed the house for staging so a lot of it has been done already but there is still a ton of work to do and yea, I haven't started.  I'm really REALLY bad at packing.  Don't get me wrong, I'm great at packing other people's stuff, but my own--real bad. Eh I don't want to think about all that.

On to things I love--BRUNCH! So, I'm really into brunch. Like alot. Like so much, we had a Brunch wedding, so yea, I brunch.  Since we are leaving in 2 weeks we decided to try someplace different.  We went to Morningside Kitchen and ate the foods.  We started with smoked salmon rilettes which is Crème Fraiche, Everything “Flagel”, Capers, Tomato, Red Onion (sorry I didn't get a pic of the way it cam out, I was way too busy eating, but I ordered the Belgian Waffle (Chantilly Cream, Fresh Berries) and because I didn't any dinners last night I got a side of hashbrowns w/cheese.  Everything was super tasty, however the hash browns weren't very visually appealing. Here is what the waffle and hash browns looked like:

Ok back to my beautiful hair.  I decided to come home, put on some makeups to feel pretty with my new hair.  I put on some of my fave products and am currently laying in bed, watching Grey's looking gorgeous, drinking a mello yellow waiting for my sleeping pill to kick in. All products are listed below the picture.

Ok, I'm sporting Urban Decay Toasted eye shadow, and lots of my beloved Besame cosmetics on my face.  I've mixed Brightening Violet Powder and Vanilla Rose Brightening Violet Powder to even out my blotchy complexion and used the wonderful 1940 Creme Mascara (yo this mascara is buildable and doesn't clump, it is AMAZING.  On my lips I'm wearing my beloved 1946 Red Velvet Lipstick.

That is as interesting as my day got.  I really want to order a pizza, but again, in bed already. Maybe tomorrow I'll accomplish moving things. Maybe.

Cheers.
